  1. I lost 20 KG in two months. 90% is diet and 10% is sports. All brother and sister should stay fit otherwise when becoming old our knees can’t hold the weight. Please love your self rather than your food. avoid sugary stuff and salt which i know for some might thing Pagal hai kya. if you think like this then please do spend money on your G.P for medication
